Description

These Mardi Gras Masquerade Ball earrings are part of a collection of 22K gold and cloisonné earrings I created. Like all my pieces, these custom jewelry earrings are the product of thoughtful, creative design and hours of hard work.  To learn more about enamel jewelry, and why I do what I do, visit my blog.

Mardi Gras is a time of celebration and excess. The parades and masquerade balls that are so much a part of the celebration are filled with feathers and extravagant costumes. Mardi Gras is a spectacle unlike any other. Capturing the spirit of the holiday in two inches of jewels wasn’t easy, but I think I pulled it off. Full of life, these gold enamel earrings are perfect for any festive occasion.

These custom cloisonné earrings feature a closed flower on one side and a vibrant bloom on the other.  By overflowing the enamel, I created a piece that oozes both life and dimension. Accented by ruby teardrops, these handmade earrings will sway with every step. Rimmed in 22k gold and accented by plique a jour red enamel, these Mardi Gras earrings are truly one-of-a-kind.

Features:
  • These earrings show a closed flower on one side and an open flower on the other. Both sides are designed to bear some resemblance to the masquerade masks seen at balls.
  • These earrings measure 2.20” x 0.75 x 125. This is large enough to be seen and small enough to not seem costume-like.
  • Museum-quality examples of cloisonné, these custom enamel earrings are sure to become family heirlooms.
  • No imitation precious metals here! The fine gold and rubies are 100-percent authentic.

If you want cloisonné earrings, but Masquerade Ball isn’t quite what you pictured, consider placing a custom jewelry order here.
